Athletic & Player Development

Founder of The Dugout and NookSquad, Dan was a three-sport high school athlete and All-State performer before playing collegiate basketball at Newberry College. He brings extensive youth coaching experience and focuses on athletic development, strong fundamentals, confidence and building successful habits.

Baseball Instruction & Player Development

Berkeley High School’s head baseball coach for more than 20 years, Landy is a two-time State Champion & Coach of the Year with over 400 career wins. A former Gardner-Webb University Player, he brings decades of experience developing athletes and leading one of the state's most successful baseball programs.

Softball Pitching

Former NCAA Division I pitcher at Coastal Carolina University and Berkeley High School standout. Raelee works with pitchers of all ages and experience levels, focusing on strong fundamentals, pitch development, spin, location and increased velocity.

Softball Hitting

Former NCAA Division I softball player at the College of Charleston and USC Upstate. Erica earned All-State and All-Region honors at Berkeley High, where she made varsity as an eighth grader and contributed to championship teams. She currently serves as HAVOC Fastpitch’s 10U head coach while assisting in the program’s growth and player development.

 Hitting, Infield & Pitching

A former Berkeley High School shortstop under Coach Landy Cox, Dillon has spent more than five years as both an assistant varsity coach and head JV coach at Berkeley. He provides hitting, defensive and position-specific instruction focused on fundamentals, proper mechanics and situational awareness.

Softball Coaching & Player Development

Ron brings more than 25 years of coaching experience, including 10 years in competitive travel softball from 10U through 18U. He has helped develop multiple collegiate-level athletes and currently serves as HAVOC Fastpitch’s 14U head coach while overseeing the program’s growth and player development.

Hitting, Infield & Speed Development

Former NCAA Baseball player at Newberry College, Jesse concluded his career in 2025 by leading the Wolves with a .340 batting average. The two-time Berkeley High All-Region selection and school stolen-base record holder specializes in hitting, infield training, speed and mobility.

Softball Instruction & Player Development

A two-time SC State Champion and North-South All-Star at Dixie High School, Mackenzie played four years at USC Beaufort before continuing at Gardner-Webb University. She brings more than seven years of coaching experience focused on developing confident, fundamentally strong female athletes on and off the field.

Softball Pitching & Hitting

Former NCAA pitcher at the University of South Carolina Beaufort. Reghan was a three-time All-State and four-time All-Region selection at Abbeville High School and brings 10 years of travel-softball.
